I actually use CCLEANER, aka crap cleaner, and it works great, is a free proggy and has several tools available, if you have not tried it I recommend it. Those temp files you THINK you have deleted via windows are actually still on your PC. http://www.ccleaner.com/
you will find your pc runs better as well...
