Kulkin got the county commission to put him on the Planning Commission (WHAT were they thinking?!!!) and then they had to force him to resign behind charges of lying and abusing his power. And we have read in the paper and heard on the news about Kulkin threatening people, getting violent and destructive and getting thrown in jail. They say "birds of a feather flock together", Jim Patell and Harley Kulkin sound like a couple of vultures that were made for each other.
Jeez... Harley Kulkin sounds just like Jim Patell.
Maybe Kulkin is taking lessons from Patell.
