Harley Kulkin is Bill Garloughs best friend and Kulkin is leading this recall. Wonder what Kulkin is planning to get out of this for himself. I think your right. The people behind this recall are pretty shady and the whole recall thing smells like political sour grapes... or worse.
Isn't Bill Garlough married to Patricia Garlough the lady that ran against Liakopoulos for commissioner?
