Then Schinhofen's money problems would go away. Pretty sneaky. And don't forget that his good buddy, Butch Borasky, threw around a lot of political weight to get this know nothing loser put on the planning commission. And everyone knows that Borasky runs the planning commission. You can't get anything done on the planning commission unless you make Borasky happy.
Schinhofen is glad-handing and politicing at all the social and political events wearing a neck brace talking about how tough it is to live on his welfare money and complains about how he is fighting the government for permanent disablity money. He gets you to feel sorry for him, then you see him running around town in his delivery truck man handling tons of his ad-rag magazines.
You're right, there is something very wrong about this guy. He needs to be watched very closely.
