That is precisely why I said that for SOME it is a great idea....
It does teach you discipline, and you can get some great money for college, not quite enough but with some of their programs you can have your college tuition paid for (but not like at Harvard or such) but still at a good college.
It is a way out of the ghettos for many.
BUT with this war in Iraq, that is no longer a war, it is like Vietnam, and that just isnt right. One would have thought we learned our lesson, kwim?
