The EASIEST way to get a fresh 18 year old to sign up (because the parents cannot contest it) is to go to the high schools and colleges (moreso the high schools, college kids generally WONT go) and pitch the chit so they think they are getting some great deal. Now for some, it IS a great deal but this crap over in Iraq... wellllll... vix
