Gary Hollis, Again?????

My boss was telling me he was madder than hell the other day because Gary Hollis keeps pestering him for money to run for reelection. But I also heard that Gary was so sick he hasn't been able to do his job on the county commission. So which is it? Is the dime store cowboy getting ready to ride into the sunset or saddle up for another four year free ride?
