We are our own worst enemy!

New York City Voices, June -August 2001 issue, Page 10. An article by JoAnn Guida, MS, shows fear in her voice as she writes about the dangers of locating Queen's Children's Psychiatric Center near the adult facility. We are afraid of ourselves. We cannot get the public to over come their fear of the mentally ill if we are stigmatize by our own advocates.
