Finally got out to some detecting at last

Finally managed to get out this Sunday back over to my favourite haunt Laleham in Staines. Its the site of an old abbey and dates back to Roman times That building in the background between the trees is a private block of flats built on the ruins of the old abbey. The soil all round here is so soft you can dig a foot down in seconds...very nice . Thats looking the opposite direction from the abbey. You could search this site all your life and still make good finds.Your Edward 1st came from near that big tree on the right Bugar An "In Situ" photo of a religious pendant I found, quite worn but very nice I love "In Situ" photos A George V Silver sixpence 1919, I found around 50 of these at Laleham Found these 2 badges , anyone know what they are ? Anyone know this lady ? Three sixpences This is the front and back of the pendant if anyone can ID it it would be great And finally . . . . Found this weird button with a photo in it...Anyone know who it is ? Looks maybe communist to me Not bad for only 2 hours on a Sunday HH Jay
