Posted by boomvavavoom on 10/31/2005, 3:58 am The project initially started as a simple Pinups book, but it evolved into a more exciting concept of mixing short comic-stories and illustrations, pinups, sketches...all about Cavewoman and all drawn by myself. I'm having a lot of fun creating those short stories and experimenting on the format. There's a lot you can do in 4 pagers, 1 pager. Now with the contest: Kevin asked me to come up with a title of my own for the books, for the series. So I thought this could be a lot of fun to open a contest where everybody here could shoot ideas untill I find something we (Kevin and I) REALLY like. The winner gets a free orginal art from me and of course all the comics + variant editions signed. Now what have we got so far? Remember the book is a Cavewoman book, with the Cavewoman logo on it...the title must be just the name of my books. You can email me directly or post your submission here. Take care Richard Boom

As you may know, I've been working on a new Cavewoman book for Basement Comics before I got my health problems...and now I'm back at it.
As I kept showing the art to Kevin Alsop, he suggested to do more than one single book "let's create a series just for you". So as I'm typing this, I have almost the material to go for 2 issues. And there will be more after that.
So this should take a couple of weeks more to complete the 2 first issues.
Cavewoman "Beauty and the Beasts" sounds déjà vu, but still can do the work.
Rich came up with Cavewoman "Jungle Visions" which I like.
What you got?
Remember it's not just pinups, it has also sequential art.
Have fun!
Paul
