Posted by arariboia My beef is that, after treating us to two series of solid storytelling, he seems to no longer care for *Meriem*, other than as a grossly exaggerated bimbo he can peddle around to sweaty-palmed marks. Pangaean Sea has lost (or rather, Budd seems to have given up on) any resemblamce of cohesion or continuity. Budd kept shoving subplot and subsubplot and subsubsubplot into Meriem's vanished "pannies", and by now I doubt anyone can keep track of what the storyline is all about. Last time I cared to list them, there were over a dozen hanging threads; I've since stopped caring to count. If Cavewoman Rehashed, Jungle Tails and the like are all that Budd cares to do for now, well, I've said it before, it's his creation and his choice. But I can't help but feel saddened and, yes, angry, that he chose to squander his talent. Notwithstanding... he still gives us some of the best butt shots in comicdom. --Previous Message--

Oh, I know Budd is a one-man operation (and also, on top of that, meticulous - not to call him slow). And I presume he's got to eat
.
