1. Later in the Rain series, Annette mentions they were a one night stand, but Budd never gets into detail about the history of them. If it ever gets revisited, that's up to Budd, but I doubt it.
2. Possibly an old teacher of Bruce's/family friend, ect. I think it was used as a reason to create the story on the beach between him and Meriem, nothing more. I don't recall the name in any of the past comics.
3. Lil didn't really kill Harmony, she took the T-rex to the Monster Maker, who of which we have not seen yet, it's "down the river..." However Meriem is still pissed, but Lil is on her side, if not for her Klyde would be dead.
