Although you state that your prime interest is in pinups and such, I'd suggest that you catch up on CW's history in chronological order. That is, start off with the original series, follow it with Rain and then move on to the ongoing PS series in sequence, 1 through 9; that way, you'll get a better understanding of Meriem's "universe" and the people (and beasts!) in it.
