Have you looked at the book "Gillet-Gillett-Gillette" by Esther Gillett Latham, page 105? It list this family with dates as you have them plus another son Terry Gillett born 8 June 1821 at Wayne, NY. It has Alexander married to Sarah (no last name) who was born 6 Oct 1785. I have some follow on data for the children Asa and Sarah.
