Has anyone else had any problems with La-z- boy furniture before? We orederd a recliner with a special order fabric from the store in Arlington Heights IL. and they told us it would take 4-6 weeks and we thought that would be plenty of time to recieve it in time for the holidays. I called them 4 weeks after the order was placed to check on the delivery status and was told the order had a fabric delay and would not be in until the middle of Jan.! What kind of service is that? Why didn't they call me and tell me, I could have been shopping elsewhere to get something in time for my holiday get togethers. When i tried to contact someone for some help, I was sent an email saying that someone from
La-z-boy would contact me shortly but of coarse no one ever did. It really just seems like someone screwed up and they are trying to ignore the problem, like it will go away. Buyers beware! anyone else have problems with them?
