There is a big difference between B and C also. I do believe we could compete at B also, but how much of a chance do we or any other B team have once we step outside of this state? There is the occasional exception, however. Other states allow their teams to classify themselves so they have a chance at national titles, while Pa does not. I for one would like another chance at a national title and I believe our best shot is at C, along with the other B teams from around the country playing C. If the state decides to bump us to B, then that's where we'll play. We're not going to cry about it.
