I dnt remember them rebuilding the upper coal LB wheel. But i was away for two years, so they might have done some work on it, dnt recall.. They have been doing some testing on it lately, i dnt no if its even operable at this point has been down for so long.. I do know all the belts fired up on the uppercoal and the dumper rolled over.. Shiploader one wouldnt luff dwn, so theres an issue there.. Rumor has it there gonna try and dump coal in late july.. They put 5 new jobs up yesterday for mostly labor work for getting the uppercoal ready and what not.. Theres only a couple guys left on the roster that havent come back so i dont see how they will fill the 5 openings unless they hire.. Also cn hasnt put much money into anything associated with the coal docks.. They have put some money in the ore dock of course, thats there bread and butter.. They put new hoppers on 3-5 transfer and the hopper on the self unloading stacker just recently..
