Jacob, what I was saying is basically they are not. NS has already re-routed what coal was heading east vis the old NKP line and there is most likely not going to be any need for more coal to head up that way anytime soon. I dont see new coal fired power plants being built in that area with the amount of Natural Gas in the region.
