Ive seen this in the past when calvin was still a functioning yard, and i noticed it a few times lately, most recently today. A string a "slab racks" loaded with steel slabs, along with a few gons, sitting on the BLE-BP interchange track. Is this just overflow from BPs mess of a yard? Also, i notice 1 track over, there was a few tankers and gons. Other than that, the yard was barren...
