Thats a classic shot.
The main information I need is car numbers. I know the BLE put these cars into two sets.... The one set being in the 1000 range up to 1799 and the second set being in the 50000 series. I just need to know what the actual range of the numbers were..
And the million dollar question, what cars received the black pannel patch vs going straight to tall black, and ha ha what black pannel cars were then dipped in all black.... Yes I know crazy questions.
