The only trains that operate the Meadville line currently are the 11M and 12M trains between Conway and Meadville, and the C23 local job out of Ferrona that interchanges with the B&LE at Shenango. It also takes sand to the Glass plant near Sheakleyville. The 500 series coal trains no longer run over the Meadville line due to lack of traffic. The remaining coal trains now run over the former Nickel Plate.
