Here is the stenciling from the long hood and 830 in 1967.

Todd you may be able to confirm, but I think that points pretty strongly that at the time period from 1967 to about 1974 that 821-828 were owned, and 829-833, and 835-840 when they arrived in '71 were leased. It would be great to find out the exact year of ownership change.
