That assumes that coal in this area is of interest to, or is economically competitive in, China. They are sourcing in Australia, South America and elsewhere, but not a whole lot in western PA. A glance at a globe will reveal why we should not hold our breath about orange engines helping to feed ChiCom boilers and furnaces.
