The Alco was originally Armco Steel Corporation #E-107 @ Middletown, OH, then to Armco at Ambridge. After Armco closed the Ambridge plant down, it became Levinson Steel property and later was sold to Ohi-Rail.
After Ohi-Rail purchased the unit, it was discovered that it had bad wheels and would need considerable work in order to move it to Minerva. Ohi-Rail then sold the unit to Glenn Campbell's Steel City Railway Historical Society (hence the SCR 100 stickers that are on it).
