For the past few weeks they have been coming south out of Kremis between 1:30-2:30 then train #2 around 7:30-8:30. Been a good amount of meets around Carter (Forrestville) or Filer ( Grove City), but these are in the dark. DM&IRs advise is good advise for the BLE, only thing I would add is get a scanner and be in Greenville early in the AM and if you can be there around noon and look at signals you'll see them lit up for the southbound move.
