yes longer days is a plus i will say with the advance in the time change last past 2 or 3 years its been noticably better mentally for us who wake n drive to work in the dark and drive home in the dark the last 3 weeks i tend to pace my work load to basicly get near home by dusk wish we all live closer to the equater,,,lol
