So do you think 907 was put on as a 4th unit as a test to make sure it is reliable and no issues are present, or so that full output is not needed during a "run-in" period? Not to say that she wasn't run in the 8th position already, but the duty-cycle would be less strenuous with 3 sisters backing her up.
