mitch, i will try to answer your question best as possible. The customers they lost in the last 10 years- starting in the strip and working up river- a recycling firm between 31st and 32nd street, exxon transloading, commonwealth warehouse, a big reload warehouse at 61st st., fagans building supply in verona, edgewater steel, another place in oakmont next to thermo twin, pretty much everything in new ken's schrieber ind. park is gone. No research here, just off the top of my head.
As for Ann street, yes they still serve chelsea plastics at the end of that spur.
As for the SD's on the valley line, no. Track is too light to support the big SD's.
