Every now & then I work in the Lawrenceville area, when not busy I sit in the parking lot of a small RIDC complex which has an AVR siding, one night I got a chance to talk to one of the crew, he told me that they work at night mainly due to the high # of grade crossings affected by switching, thus Brilliant bridge would only see traffic(to Sharpsburg scrap yard) at night, usually 10:30 or later.
