Same here! I was born and spent most of my life in Pittsburgh and been railfanning the area since 1968 or so, and never saw a train on that Brilliant Branch bridge, just like you said in the PRR or PC, or CR, or AVR ownership, and never any good pictures either, so sometimes I wonder, in Pennsy years, how much was that branch actually used as a by-pass and an alternate route? It always surprised me that into the Conrail years that the track had never been ripped up, but then again, the connections on the ramps from the bridge on the Sharpsburg side had long been severed!
