Three man crews, or New hires?

Derail could probly shed some light on this, Bessemer Crew was workin in the yard with us the other night. Noticed they had two trainmen on the crew. Are they running three man crews up there now? Or is this just a greenhorn posting with the conductor? Either way it's nice to see someone off the street and earning a living.
