URR - USS New Paint Scheme

Today sitting outside the URR shop at Hall was the 2nd unit to be painterd Yellow and Red. This time it was US Steel SW1500 #150. It was painted just like URR33 except the Red "Wedge at the front was eliminated. Now for the reason I am posting this on the B&LE Board, Is this the former B&LE 150?
