Great information Mitch,
I had no idea the URR had so few public grade crossing. I have to agree in a mill/plant environment every little bit helps, but I would think when it comes to being struck by a locomotive the yellow ends on the blue units would have done the trick. But this is the way USS wants the locos to look. Same paint is going on the Garry Railroad, just a little different style. I noticed a strobe on the cab, this could possibly help more then anything when it comes to being seen in a plant.
