I see what looks to be a camera on the front of the loco under the # boards. also on the cab almost between the 2 windows looks like some other kind of forward facing device??
Ditch lights MIGHT have made them a little more visible, but the last post was right, its hard to see a train when your messing with the radio, cell phone, gps, makeup, newspaper, etc...
