All units/roads are getting it..... eventually. Because Transtar Railroads are now only mill-servicing roads, the units are being painted into a common safety/visibility scheme.
Personally, I don't care for it, but safety is the motive and it will stand out. A few years back the URR was going to revert to the green and yellow scheme. Only SW1500 #3 and MP15DC #17 got the green and yellow. It is a much darker green than the apple green of the 1970's that units #1-13 were originally delivered.
There are still units in the pure blue scheme, blue scheme units with yellow cab ends, and now the Ronald McDonald engine. The good thing is that they are painting/investing in the motive power fleet. The URR's fleet as a whole is well maintained.
The only sad thing about 33 is that her original paint, which was a bit darker blue than the more recent blue of the URR, was sacrificed. It is the newest unit on the URR, and was the last to retain her original dip. She still had her EMD applied "1500 HP" marking on the cab prior to the repaint.
