This afternoon, the MV Roger Blough which is tied up at dock 3, had smoke coming out of her stack, anchor was still down though. Early last week there was a dumpster at the North end of the P & C office being filled and later in the week a moving van had a ramp from it to the main entrance of the office. May be there going to close it down?
