Fully agree with the conclusion that the Queen is already receiving a hefty amount of money for her work as a Consort. So whether she wants to devote her time entirely to her husband's Kingdom or likes to share her expertise elsewhere ought not make any difference.
Her income is based on a calendar year and there are only so many days one can be productive ....
I do have the same question about Queen Mathilde of Belgium, who also spends much time for the UN and , like Maxima, also travels all around the globe.
Are the Belgian taxpayers, like their neighbours up north, also providing for all expenses instead of the UN?
