There's only one possible meaning to that word. If she really didn't know the meaning of the word, she would have/should have questioned what it meant. Otherwise, why would she let him use that word that obviously doesn't belong there?
The more I read about Maxima, the more I wonder if she really understands how lucky and privileged she is to be able to represent the people of the Netherlands. Why would she risk causing her mother in law, the Monarch, any embarrasment?
