When reading comments like yours I am getting more & more puzzled as to why people won't understand that the position of the Chair of that Trust ought to be independent.
Yes, that's the key-word and the PM underlined the importance of that independent Chair in earlier statements when he tried to explain the logic in setting up the Trust and not having the Heir to the Dutch Throne directly involved in this controversial project.
If you still won't understand why the involvement of mr. H. Fentener van Vlissingen (a study 'pal' of the PoO as well !) is questionable, perhaps reading this article might help:
