'Ambras' is one of the most typical Antwerp dialect words and still use by older people. Strange that you never heard that word in Antwerp, Joris, as it is really often used actually. It is the same as 'ruzie' in Dutch, but a 'ambras' as a stronger meaning. --Previous Message-- : Not yet. : I could imagine what "Familie : d'Ambras" means: sort of : "embarrassing family"? :
