Interesting that such a programme was made.
I'd recommend the Dutch Court: relax! And if things get out of hand, then send an urgent request to stop any crossing borders. In NL there is no real terrible paparazzi culture, and not even Queen Elizabeth II took any action in a country where paparazzi are merciless (to all celebs). The Ducth Oranges should really accept they have a special position in Dutch society, with all its often very pleasant and sometimes less-pleasant effects.
