It is a very old tradition in Brussels, black people collecting money for poor people.
When Prince Filip and Prince Laurent were youngesters in the early 1970's they got the same make-up as wearing the same clothes for the good cause. This is in connection with the good welfare organisation "Wiegjes Prinses Paola" / "Berceaux Princess Paola" / "Cradles Princess Paola".
