Well, in this regard Henri is right I think. If you have done law class in Leiden, you must know that the Dutch constitution is usually classified as 'rigid' in the literature! Although the procedures to amend it have been simplified in the course of time, it is considered rigid: amendment of its provisions requires two parliamentary readings, separated by elections, with the last reading requiring a two-third majority.
