It is a very poor article. Blaming the Prince because the bureau he hired because in 1954 (!) (13 years before the Prince even was born) they made a campaign to deny that smoking causes damage to health.

And it is not the Prince but the Machangulo Trust which hires the expertise of that bureau. This fine nuance is conveniently 'overlooked'.
