Well, for the correct understanding: the Prince and the Princess have ordered nothing and do not employ these spokespersons.
The Machangulo Trust, who manages the investments in Mozambique, and it's Board of Directors are in charge. The CEO of the Machangulo Trust is Mr F.H. Fentener van Vlissingen (one of the richest men in the Netherlands). Other members of the Board are Mr A. van der Smeede (a fiscalist from Spigthoff Lawyers which is specialized in fiscal law), Mr J. Baars (the Queen's Treasurer) and Mr D. van Lierop (a laywer from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, the house-lawyers of the royal family).
Formally it is the Machangulo Trust and not the princely couple who employs these spokesmen and has ordered them to bring the whole project in a transparant and overseeable setting.
