Yep.
The one-liner or headline culture has always been there but not spread that quickly. With the speed of the light. Non reflected, non digested. Thinking needs time. But there is no longer time to check or to reflect.
I think that the internet caused this.

Written after considering, reconsidering, self-correction, analysis, self-analyses and describing the life one lives, putting things in perspective, in a wider context perhaps (if I wrote a good letter, that is...
The immense quantity of emails I see in my "inbox" and "sent emails" I sometimes cannot understand... Sent in the flash of a second... And especially when one deletes hundreds of them to create space... All thoughts gone with the wind...
I don't think people have become more dumb. It's just the time one needs to think.
