You sum up nicely what's happening.
That's why I don't understand that HM's/PoO's professional (??) advisors didn't prevent all this... Everybody speaks so highly about Leeuwenburg, the private secretary (first of PoO, now of HM): well, I am no longer sure. Perhaps he WAS professional once.
Sure, the Dutch monarchy will survive all this but it's a pity it has become a issue of debate, wherever: in the media or at the pub.
And I am not sure whether the present PM ever has the guts to be critical now and then when HM/PoO is sitting in front of him... PM Kok had the firm authority... (father figure).
