Wilders' party isn't the biggest in the polls. Most have Balkenende's CDA as the biggest so he would remain the PM possibly in a coalition with PVV and VVD (making it a centre right coalition for Dutch circumstances). The last time we had such a coalition was with the LPF after the murder on Fortuijn. That cabinet fell quickly and im guessing something like that could easily happen again. Wilders may still control a small group of MP's but a larger party and several ministers tend to be less easy to manage and with the kind of people that are attrackted to the PVV i wouldn't be surprised if we saw another party exploding by infighting.
I doubt the queen would abdicate or discuss her abdication with a PM at all. If she decides to abdicate it will strictly be to inform the PM that she is stepping down. The PM really doesn't have to do much when that time comes. He like other members of the government and parliament attend the swearing in and have to repeat their oath, but that mainly it.
I can't see a reprise of the fighting of 1980 for WA's inauguration, but for his sake i hope he manages to turn around his reputation before that time comes or it won't be a warm welcome.

: Forgot to add: the personal attachment of a
: possible premier Wilders with the Queen.
:
: He will see her once a week, if not more. He
: will be involved in eventual scenarios to
: hand over the throne to the Prince of
: Orange. He will be the minister accountable
: for the Royal House. It is very well
: possible that the personal and direct
: relationship of a premier Wilders (or
: whoever else) will make eventual too wild
: plans -and dangerous for the stability of
: the coalition- to be shoven away to the
: longer future.
