When it comes to count(esse)s Van Oranje-Nassau van Amsberg you're right, but Claus' sisters and cousins Luana and Zaria can start untitled branches of the family as they as any other woman in the Netherlands can give their family-name to spouse and offspring.
I do think the creation of this familyname and the countly rank is one of the worst dynastic moves made during this reign. To me the name Van Oranje-Nassau should have been reserved for dynastic purposes and the children of Constantijn should have been HH prince(ss) of Orange-Nassau (at the very least as the only other children of a younger son of the monarch were those of Prince Frederik of the Netherlands and his 2 sons and 2 daughters all were HRH prince(ss) of the Netherlands, prince(ss) of Orange-Nassau(-Dietz).
