For so far I know:
- Catholic Queens
- the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg
- Archduchesses of Habsburg
- Princesses of Savoia(-Aosta)
That Grand Duchesses of Luxembourg do have the privilège will have to do with Maria Ana de Bragança becoming Grand Duchess of Luxembourg and later Regentess for her daughter Marie-Adelheid, who was followed by her sister Charlotte.
I think that the privilège will have been given in this period.
Empress Zita and the Austrian Archduchesses never wore white again since the fall of the monarchy. Marina Doria, the spouse of Prince Vittorio Emmanuele de Savoia has worn white too.
